We can help you execute your special event plans flawlessly with services such as vendor correspondence, timeline creation, vendor set-up management, program execution, troubleshooting and guest or attendee guidance.
The investment for special event management package begins at $1,500.00 and includes the following services:
Event Management

Planning is our passion! With over 10 years of event industry experience, you will receive real support, starting on day one, from a professional that understands your needs.

Upon booking, you receive a 1-hour call for progress assessment, a review of secured vendors, insight on referrals and planning of your next steps so you can stay on track throughout the planning process.

We can schedule flexible quarterly progress calls, as needed, starting as early as 12-months out, withunlimited correspondence through emailing and/or texting during business hours.

You have access to a customized platform with a user-friendly interface, that centralizes all of your wedding planning documents, so you don’t miss a beat and know exactly what to expect.

You receive several planning resources to help you stay organized and assure that every decision youmight have to make is taken into consideration for a flawless event.

Initial Stages

We schedule ( 1 ) in-person venue tour with you, your venue and any other vendors, as needed, for a full property walk-through to ensure your day-of operations are executed seamlessly.

We customize a timeline together to establish a smooth flow of events - it features a detailed log of all moving parts, including guest transportation logistics and a custom floor plan. This occurs during our detail meeting, which is scheduled 2-3 months prior to your event.

Our team manages full vendor communication as early as 1-month out, as well as thoroughly reviews all of your vendor agreements upon booking to make sure we are all on the same page with service commitment and fulfillment. Your vendor team is sent the final itinerary the week of the wedding once all final details have been secured during our final meeting together.

Your final meeting is held within 7-10 days of your event to finalize any pending details before the custom timeline is shared with your vendor team. We support rental item orders and delivery logistics.
Planning

We place out rented linens, assist with vendor arrival, place out pre-assembled, items and make sure that everything goes accordingly to our plan!

Your day-of coordinator will supervise the day for up to 12 hours, execute your timeline in coordination with all vendors and troubleshoot any challenges that may arise, while directing your attendees and/or guests throughout the day.

We can handle your vendor payments and gratuities on your behalf the day-of.

You receive full access to our emergency kit, which is fully stocked with event day necessities and items that can solve any issue in a pinch.

You receive full access to our complimentary inventory to utilize the day-of, which will help alleviate an accumulation of your own event inventory afterward.
