No matter what stage of planning you are in, we are here to assist you! We have planned numerous events from scratch, sourcing and managing the bookings of venues, vendors, etc. We have also just aided with the sourcing and management of a few vendors on a client’s behalf. Such services are priced individually, based on the overall vision and event location.
The investment for full or partial special event planning begins at $1,500.00 with the following à la carte services:

Not a fan of budgeting or struggle with remembering when items are due? Let us take care of that for you and keep you on track with your wedding related deadlines.

You can get by with a little help from your friends… or your event planner who can help you with any kind of assembly such as decor, favors, welcome bags and more!

You will feel fully relieved the days leading up to your event with our coordinator onsite, assisting with vendor set-up, deliveries, decorating/styling, rehearsal and offering an overview of the day’s schedule for those present.

At the end of the evening, our Crew can clean-up the event space, pack-up all of your belongings and handle any random odds or ends that may have come up. This enables you to continue the celebrations or go to bed feeling at complete ease. Such assurance is truly priceless!

Whether desserts need to be picked-up, special table settings need to be returned or rentals need to be cleaned, we will go above and beyond to support you with that, as well as help you avoid any delivery minimums or additional fees that may come about.

This is for full-service planning clients due to the extensive development required on our end. We craft an inclusive, personalized presentation that helps you, as well as your vendors, visualize what your event day will look like with all of your elements composed together.

These days, there are so many options out there - maybe too many! We can handle the grunt work for you by researching and sourcing materials that you desire to complete your ultimate event vision.

We can curate custom designed paper products that will blend beautifully with your overall scheme. Products include, but are not limited to email templates, invitations, programs, table menus, table numbers and welcome letters.

Event planning can like a part-time job sometimes, so let us manage your heavy lifting by fully researching venues and vendors on your behalf. We hand-pick professionals that fit your budget and vision, as well as manage full correspondence and negotiation with proposal review. After reviewing the options, you have the final call on which vendor you would like to secure.
