Wedding Day Management
Do you have most, if not all, of your wedding planned? Great! Our wedding day management services, (AKA day-of coordination), can be your glue to ensure all that you have planned will meet your expectations. We are sure to do our due diligence in advance so we can efficiently execute your plans smoothly the day-of. We’re also there to manage anything that may occur unplanned and to guide your vendors, as well as your guests.
The investment for event management package begins at $3,500.00 and includes the following services:

Upon booking, you receive a 1-hour call for progress assessment, a review of secured vendors, insight on referrals and planning of your next steps so you can stay on track throughout the planning process.

We can schedule flexible monthly progress calls, as needed, starting as early as 12-months out, withunlimited correspondence through emailing and/or texting during business hours.

You have access to a customized platform with a user-friendly interface, that centralizes all of your wedding planning documents, so you don’t miss a beat and know exactly what to expect.

You receive several planning resources to help you stay organized and assure that every decision youmight have to make is taken into consideration for a flawless event.

Initial Stages

We schedule ( 1 ) in-person venue tour with the two of you, your venue and any other vendors, as needed, for a full property walk-through to ensure your day-of operations are executed seamlessly.

We customize a timeline together to establish a smooth flow of events - it features a detailed log of all moving parts, including guest transportation logistics and a custom floor plan. This occurs during our detail meeting, which is scheduled 2-3 months prior to your event.

Our team manages full vendor communication as early as 3-months out, as well as thoroughly reviews all of your vendor agreements upon booking to make sure we are all on the same page with service commitment and fulfillment. Your vendor team is sent the final itinerary the week of the wedding once all final details have been secured during our final meeting together.

Your final meeting is held within 7-10 days of your wedding to finalize any pending details before the custom timeline is shared with your vendor team. We support rental item orders and delivery logistics.
Planning

You will feel fully relieved the day before your wedding with our coordinator onsite, assisting with your ceremony rehearsal and offering an overview of the wedding day schedule with your loved ones.

We place out rented linens, assist with vendor arrival, place out pre-assembled, personal items and make sure that everything goes accordingly to our plan!

Your day-of coordinator will supervise the day for up to 10-hours, execute your timeline in coordination with all vendors and troubleshoot any challenges that may arise, while directing your wedding party and guests throughout the day.

We can handle your vendor payments and gratuities on your behalf the day-of.

You receive full access to our emergency kit, which is fully stocked with day-of necessities and items that can solve any issue in a pinch.

You receive full access to our complimentary inventory to utilize the day-of, which will help alleviate an accumulation of your own wedding inventory afterward.
