Depending on your venue, we can offer a team of experienced bartenders to manage a full-service bar that features beer, wine, spirits and NA beverages. We also can provide the tangible materials that are required to operate that bar. Be sure to consider our services for your entire weekend’s festivities, such as your rehearsal dinner, after-party and/or farewell brunch.
The equipment investment and menu support begin at $500.00, plus an hourly bartender rate:
Bartending

We supply coolers, beverage tubs, ice buckets, ice scoops, garnishment trays, serving utensils, napkin caddies, bar mats, cocktail shakers, pour spouts, juice containers, displays, decorative elements and bar towels. We do not supply cups, straws, napkins, garnishments, beverages or alcohol.

Our lead planner and bar manager will help you create a custom menu that aligns with your beverage needs, as well as guide you on the quantities you will want to purchase to achieve your vision.

Our bartenders are well-educated on adult libations and experienced in the service of people. They can pour a mean cocktail and hold a lively conversation with any guest!
Every event is different, so we charge bartender fees separately, beginning at $40.00 per hour, per bartender. The number of bartenders assigned varies and depends on several variables. Travel and accommodation fees may apply based on the event location.
